Dharma House is a private membership community where creators, facilitators, founders, and growth-minded people come to connect, collaborate, and bring their purpose to life. A real house. A real address. Real people in the same room.
Relationships are the golden goose. The profit is the people.
Find your people. Build your work. Stay in motion.
Dharma House is a living community hub for people who want their life to actually move forward. A sanctuary in the city where you meet aligned people, grow your craft or business, host your own ideas, and spend time in a space that feels alive, grounded, and real.
"This is not just a place you visit. It's a place you belong."

You're a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator, sound healer, coach, bodyworker, content creator, or workshop leader. You're currently renting space by the hour — paying $75–150 per session at studios, co-working spots, or Peerspace venues. Perfecting the dying art of in-person business in a world that's moved to screens.
You're tired of not having a consistent home base for your practice. You want a space that's yours, a community that feeds you clients, and a coach who's built a $100K+/month business to help you grow yours. Stay current with AI and the changing world of work — together, not alone.
Dharma House was built for you.
You're an entrepreneur, creative, founder, or someone in a season of growth and transition. You work from home and you're slowly dying of isolation. Stop growing in isolation — you need a community committed to each other's growth, not just their own.
You want real gatherings, real coaching, and a real personal transformation curriculum. Return on community — not just return on investment. All for less than the cost of a gym membership.
Dharma House was built for you too.

Ready to see if it's a fit?
15 minutes with Tanur. No pressure. Just a real conversation.
Created by Tanur Badgley from 8+ years of podcast interviews with 122 leaders, a master's degree in education, yoga teacher training in India, and silent meditation retreats in Thailand — Path to Purpose is the course that teaches what school never did.
Every Dharma House member gets full access. Work through it at your own pace or join a rolling cohort with accountability and group support. This course alone is a $2,000 value as a standalone product.
Our events bring together hundreds each season — a living, breathing community where everyone is invited to show up fully and contribute. What starts as a lighthearted exercise often becomes a doorway into friendship, healing, and genuine belonging.
Fire spinners, dancers, musicians, and makers bring their gifts to life — inviting others to witness, participate, and express freely. These moments celebrate individuality, courage, and the joy that emerges when people feel safe to be fully themselves.
Through workshops, sharing circles, and practices, we support each other in paths toward personal development and discovery — from breathwork and sound healing to guided reflection around the fire.

Build genuine friendships with purpose-driven, collaborative people who care about growth, integrity, and showing up for life.

In 2021, Tanur Badgley found a property in Kansas City, Kansas that felt like something more than a house. Within 40 days — through a process that felt nothing short of miraculous — it became the home of Dharma Project KC.
Over the next five years, the house hosted 17 gatherings averaging 200+ people each, 100+ workshops, sound healings, breathwork ceremonies, fire circles, and over 1,000 people through its doors.
Now it's opening as a private membership community — with the infrastructure, programming, and coaching to support people building purposeful lives and practices.
"Five years ago, this place was miraculously brought to us in 40 days. One of the greatest blessings."
— Tanur Badgley

Founder, Dharma Project KC · Owner Finance Freedom · HomeGuru
Tanur Badgley has built a $12M real estate portfolio, generates $100K+ per month in business revenue, and has coached private clients at an average of $10K+ per engagement. He holds a master's degree in education, has interviewed 122 leaders on his People of Purpose podcast over 8+ years, and has lived and worked across four continents — spending extended time in Morocco, Thailand, India, and Cambodia.
He founded Dharma Project KC in 2021 as a living experiment in authentic community — and Dharma House became its home. Over five years, he hosted 17 gatherings averaging 200+ people each, 100+ workshops, sound healings, breathwork ceremonies, fire circles, and over 1,000 people through these doors.
At 19, Tanur fell down a mountain at Yosemite and nearly died. That moment became a turning point — a promise to use his gifts fully. That promise led him to build financial freedom not to retire, but to have the space to build something that mattered more. It also led him deep into healing modalities — yoga (certified instructor), meditation, breathwork, Ayurveda, and consciousness practices that now inform everything he teaches.
Today, Tanur splits his time between Kansas City and Thailand with his wife Noknoi and their growing family. He runs his businesses fully remote, coaches founders and practitioners on growing their work with purpose, and created the Path to Purpose course — a 10-unit, 12-week personal transformation course that every Dharma House member gets access to.
"Vulnerability isn't weakness — it's the path to everything you actually want."
In his own words — where Dharma House is going, why he's building it, and what he believes is possible when the right people come together in one place. If you're on the fence, watch this first.
